The presentation of József Finta’s oeuvre
The presentation of József Finta’s oeuvre took place on 31 March at the Walter Rózsi-villa, the venue of the Hungarian Museum of Architecture. The book, authored by Eszter Dénes, showcases not only key pieces of Finta's life-work but also includes poems and graphics, highlighting the diversity of his work.
Although Finta was involved in the creation of the book, he passed away before the book’s presentation. The event was made possible by the active participation of the Hungarian Academy of Arts, the Hungarian Museum of Architecture and the Centre for Documentation of Historic Monuments. The gathering served as a tribute to Finta and his legacy. The book was praised by György Skardelli. During the event Pál Ritoók, chief museologist of the Hungarian Museum of Architecture and the Centre for the Documentation of Monuments, Eszter Dénes, the book's author, and the evening's moderator, architectural storyteller Dávid Zubreczki, shared their thoughts on the work.
